Customer service is bad when the corporation treats it as a financial liability rather than an investment that pays dividends. When I deal with my customers, solving the problem is my primary concern. If I played hot potato with them passing them from person to person, I'd be run out of business. Small businessmen and sole businessmen deal with that reality. Large corporations know they have captive customers and so screw them without the grease. Painfully. Again and again. That's the problem -- not the layers of complexity crap.

Re: Thought By The Death Of Steve Jobs and Dennis Ritchie: Dazzling But Reticent Technology

Great Article!

Re: Apple vs. Samsung: The Patent Wars, Explained [INFOGRAPHIC]

holy shit guys back in time discovered things which appy and sammy are claiming

Re: Contact

what are you talking about?

Re: Contact

pls. provide a full details of flip phone 5 & provide a price also on my email - ramesh15787@yahoo.co.in

Re: This Is What The Desk Of The Future Looks Like [VIDEO]

Maybe not, for instance perhaps it can connect wifi to your smartphone such that it can be a coffee table instead and used to simply check the news (like a newspaper way back) in the morning while in range of your iphone/andriod phone like that new watch coming out (its like 100 bucks but in future will be 200) that connects via your smartphone and is boss as fuck.

Re: Vindicia Partners With Boku, Allows More Mobile Phone Users To Pay For Online Goods With Mobile

Using Mobile Bill Pay definitely makes shopping a whole lot easier. Because of the pathetic apple’s patent s…ts.
Samsung was expecting you to react this way for the “STEALING OF APPLE’S KID-ACTRESS” and waiting Apple to show the “patent” of it:)
And you like a fish swallow the bаit.
Yes, the girl on the picture made with “new” obsolete iphone , actually loves samsung tablet. This is the meaning. As the add about waiting crowd outside apple-shop, secretly in love with Samsung.

Grow up ! Isn’t it better Apple to give you at last some real new product
instead ? Or they now can only helplessly do “patent” clown-tricks?

Re: Apple iTV: It’s About The Experience, Not Content

What do the people at ITV think of this name?

Re: Olive: The World’s First Full Smartphone Movie

尼玛，这太假了，说是用N8拍的，有本事只用N8啊！用那么大个机器，说白了就是只用了N8的1200万像素和内存！坑爹的玩意儿！

Re: This Is What The Desk Of The Future Looks Like [VIDEO]

A fine example of the infinite intelligence of technology, an incredible concept for sure!
