I agree with 99% of this article, except for the customer service part. Customer service is bad when the corporation treats it as a financial liability rather than an investment that pays dividends. When I deal with my customers, solving the problem is my primary concern. If I played hot potato with them passing them from person to person, I'd be run out of business. Small businessmen and sole businessmen deal with that reality. Large corporations know they have captive customers and so screw them without the grease. Painfully. Again and again. That's the problem -- not the layers of complexity crap.

Maybe not, for instance perhaps it can connect wifi to your smartphone such that it can be a coffee table instead and used to simply check the news (like a newspaper way back) in the morning while in range of your iphone/andriod phone like that new watch coming out (its like 100 bucks but in future will be 200) that connects via your smartphone and is boss as fuck.
